All children’s products (including but not limited to toys, clothing, care products, etc.).
Exceptional cases
If the goods are damaged or have quality issues during transportation, please provide photo/video evidence to contact customer service for handling within 48 hours after signing for the goods.
The circumstances for protecting consumers’ rights and interests as stipulated by law (such as when the product is seriously inconsistent with the description).
Ii. Non-support for Returns and refunds
For hygiene and safety reasons, children’s products are special commodities. Once sold, they are non-returnable and non-exchangeable
Hygiene reasons: Infant and toddler products come into direct contact with children’s skin or mouths. Returning or exchanging them may pose a risk of cross-infection.
Customized products such as engraved toys and personalized clothing are not eligible for return or exchange as they cannot be resold.
Promotional items: Special offers such as clearance sales and flash sales are clearly marked as “non-refundable and non-exchangeable”.
Iii. Process for Handling Problem Products
In case of any of the following situations, please contact customer service within 48 hours after receipt (email: saccition@childrenoceanc.com) :
Transportation damage: Provide detailed photos of the damage to the outer packaging and the product.
Quality issue: Please attach a clear video of the product batch number and the problem area.
Wrong or missed delivery: After verifying the order and express delivery information, submit the proof.
Note: The original packaging and label must be retained. Failure to do so within the specified time will be regarded as acceptance.
Iv. Disclaimer
Returns and exchanges are not applicable due to personal reasons of the customer, such as incorrect size selection, changes in color preferences, etc.
For non-quality issue return or exchange requests, it is recommended to handle them through second-hand platforms by yourself.
